Mindfulness meditation is one of the most important methods to cope with stress and to find a purpose in life. This tradition has its roots in Buddhist Psychology to train the mind. Our common mind is very distracted and wandering around most of the time. Thoughts about the past and future, plans, hopes, worries and other negative mind patterns are occupying our mind constantly. Thus, we never live in the here and now, we are not really connected to ourselves, feeling stressed and unhappy.

The mindfulness meditation enables us to get to know how our mind is working, to detect disturbing mind patterns and harmonise the mind. We train our mind to develop a positive mental attitude and a stable inner concentration. We gain inner strengh, calmness, happiness and a deep inner stability.

In the workshop we receive an introduction into the basic functioning of the mind and train some techniques of mindfulness meditation.

The seminar will be held in English with translation into Spanish (price 110 €).
