As the proud steward of a 6.000 m\u00b2 greenhouse, we cultivate produce that is 96% organic, ensuring that the food we serve our patients is both fresh and of the highest standard.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the ARF project, the Greenhouse Regenerative Lab (GRL) set up by the Fundacion Arboretum functions both as a hub for organic food production and a centre for research, innovation, and empowerment. Buchinger Wilhelmi supports this project by managing the entire production process in-house \u2014 from cutting to washing the produce. We maintain rigorous quality controls and optimize crop yields year-round, taking full advantage of the micro-seasons (smaller but significant changes in the rhythm of nature).<\/p>\n<p>An important goal of the greenhouse is to support patients as they gradually readapt after fasting and enhance their well-being by enriching the flavours of the produce.
