Dejar enfriar un poco y luego pelarlas y cortar la pulpa en dados finos. Cocer las patatas al vapor, pasarlas por el pasapur\u00e9s y mezclarlas con la pulpa de las berenjenas. Sofre\u00edr ligeramente los dados de cebolla, a\u00f1adirlos a las berenjenas y a\u00f1adir el huevo, el queso feta, el parmesano, la sal y el tamari. Mezclar bien la masa y rectificar el sabor, luego formar bolitas o croquetas y rebozarlas en el pan rallado.
