Si nous avons tous d\u00fb, et devons encore, accepter les restrictions et les changements connexes, force est de constater que cette pand\u00e9mie laisse en suspens une foule de questions. G\u00e9n\u00e9rant souvent un sentiment d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9, l\u2019inconnu fait peur.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>On peut donc dire, qu\u2019au niveau collectif, nous, les humains, vivons actuellement une situation traumatisante. Par cons\u00e9quent, nous devrions \u00e9galement tout mettre en \u0153uvre pour stimuler collectivement notre r\u00e9sistance et donc notre r\u00e9silience, afin de sortir ensemble de cette situation plus forts et avec des r\u00e9ponses ou des solutions plus pertinentes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conseils pour augmenter la r\u00e9silience au quotidien :<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Faire en sorte que les <strong>mesures pr\u00e9ventives<\/strong> de base deviennent des routines, tout en prenant conscience de nous prot\u00e9ger activement en les suivant. Une fois que nous aurons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 d\u00e9passer la phase d\u2019\u00e9gocentrisme et d\u2019apitoiement sur nous-m\u00eames, pour offrir notre aide et nos soins \u00e0 autrui, nous renforcerons la confiance en nos propres forces, cr\u00e9erons un sentiment de communaut\u00e9 et r\u00e9duirons la solitude. C\u2019est l\u2019un des effets positifs de la pand\u00e9mie, que nous devons \u00e0 tout prix promouvoir et maintenir aujourd\u2019hui et demain. Engagement civique, g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9, \u00e9change altruiste de connaissances et d\u2019exp\u00e9riences\u2026 tout cela nous relie les uns aux autres et cr\u00e9e un esprit de communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Respirer profond\u00e9ment.<\/strong> En cas d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 occasionnelle, notre respiration est une alli\u00e9e pr\u00e9cieuse qui nous aide \u00e0 retrouver l\u2019\u00e9quilibre int\u00e9rieur. La respiration est \u00e0 la fois un processus vital et un outil efficace pour r\u00e9duire les crises d\u2019angoisse. Fermons les yeux quelques instants et concentrons-nous sur la fa\u00e7on dont l\u2019air entre et sort de nos poumons. Une crise d\u2019angoisse peut \u00eatre calm\u00e9e par la respiration, mais aussi d\u00e9clench\u00e9e par une mauvaise technique respiratoire.
