En revanche, la classe protectrice des HDL (High-Density Lipoprotein ou lipoprot\u00e9ines de haute densit\u00e9) fut peu affect\u00e9e. Le risque cardiovasculaire, associ\u00e9 aux lipoprot\u00e9ines, a pu ainsi \u00eatre efficacement r\u00e9duit.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1628856999317{margin-bottom: 20px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n<h3><strong>D\u00e9finition et importance des lipoprot\u00e9ines<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ce sont les lipoprot\u00e9ines qui v\u00e9hiculent le cholest\u00e9rol et les triglyc\u00e9rides dans le sang. Certaines de ces lipoprot\u00e9ines, notamment celles des sous-classes de LDL, peuvent p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans les parois art\u00e9rielles et, de l\u00e0, contribuer \u00e0 la formation de plaques. Le r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissement vasculaire qui s\u2019ensuit augmente le risque d\u2019AVC ou d\u2019infarctus du myocarde. Les causes les plus fr\u00e9quentes \u00e9tant une mauvaise alimentation, la suralimentation ou le manque d\u2019exercice, la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape th\u00e9rapeutique passe in\u00e9vitablement par un changement de mode de vie, et ce, m\u00eame si les traitements m\u00e9dicamenteux sont largement appliqu\u00e9s pour faire baisser les taux de lipides.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1628856999317{margin-bottom: 20px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column][vc_column_text]Les lipoprot\u00e9ines sont subdivis\u00e9es en sous-classes (ou sous-fractions) en fonction de la taille et de la densit\u00e9 des particules : lipoprot\u00e9ines de haute densit\u00e9 ou HDL (High Density Lipoprotein), lipoprot\u00e9ines de basse densit\u00e9 ou LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein), lipoprot\u00e9ines de densit\u00e9 interm\u00e9diaire ou IDL (Intermediary Density Lipoprotein) et lipoprot\u00e9ines de tr\u00e8s basse densit\u00e9 ou VLDL (Very Low Density Lipoprotein). Plus les particules de LDL sont petites et denses, plus elles favorisent la formation de plaques. Compar\u00e9 aux mesures de routine du cholest\u00e9rol et des triglyc\u00e9rides, le diagnostic des sous-classes de lipoprot\u00e9ines permet, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, d\u2019\u00e9valuer plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le risque cardiovasculaire.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1628856999317{margin-bottom: 20px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n<h3><strong>R\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9tude<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>S\u2019appuyant sur des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019investigation de pointe, comme l\u2019ultracentrifugation en gradient de densit\u00e9, la pr\u00e9sente \u00e9tude a notamment mis en \u00e9vidence des am\u00e9liorations notoires dans les sous-fractions riches en cholest\u00e9rol. En fonction du sous-groupe, le cholest\u00e9rol LDL (LDL-C) a baiss\u00e9 de 16 % (LDL1-C) ou de 23 % (LDL2-C), et les LDL3-C petites,\u00a0denses et hautement ath\u00e9rog\u00e8nes, de 30 % apr\u00e8s 14 jours de je\u00fbne. La teneur en cholest\u00e9rol des VLDL a chut\u00e9 de 39 %, la diminution la plus importante ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 toutefois observ\u00e9e sur les taux de triglyc\u00e9rides. Une spectroscopie de r\u00e9sonance magn\u00e9tique nucl\u00e9aire (R.M.N.) a confirm\u00e9 la r\u00e9duction des grosses et petites particules de LDL, intervenue apr\u00e8s 14 jours de je\u00fbne. C\u2019est sur les HDL que les modifications se sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s les moins perceptibles, ce qui est positif en raison du r\u00f4le protecteur qu\u2019elles assument au retour du cholest\u00e9rol de la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie vers le foie. Une augmentation des grosses particules de HDL a m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9e. En outre, le programme de je\u00fbne a entra\u00een\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction moyenne de poids de 4,5 kg apr\u00e8s 7 jours, et de 7,0 kg apr\u00e8s 14 jours. Le tour de taille a diminu\u00e9 en tout de 7,5 cm. Pendant le programme de je\u00fbne Buchinger Wilhelmi, les sujets participant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude ont fait beaucoup plus d\u2019exercice qu\u2019auparavant : le temps consacr\u00e9 en semaine
