Faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une grande casserole et faire revenir doucement les l\u00e9gumes avec la gousse d\u2019ail press\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils prennent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement couleur.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"250\" data-end=\"491\">Ajouter le concentr\u00e9 de tomates et le faire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement rissoler. D\u00e9glacer avec le vinaigre balsamique et bien m\u00e9langer. Verser ensuite le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes (ou l\u2019eau) et laisser mijoter doucement le jus \u00e0 feu doux pendant environ 2 heures.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"493\" data-end=\"628\">Au bout d\u2019environ 1 heure, ajouter les brins de romarin et la feuille de laurier afin que les ar\u00f4mes puissent se d\u00e9velopper pleinement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"837\">Retirer ensuite les herbes et passer le jus au travers d\u2019une fine passoire. Si n\u00e9cessaire, d\u00e9layer la farine de riz dans un peu d\u2019eau et l\u2019incorporer en fouettant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le jus \u00e9paississe l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"986\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Assaisonner avec le tamari, le sel et du poivre fra\u00eechement moulu.
