Summer shows itself at its best in our clinics in Überlingen on Lake Constance and in Marbella on the Mediterranean. It is the ideal time to enjoy outdoor activities, recharge your batteries and consciously relax – accompanied by a climate that regenerates and invigorates.
Marbella, Spain
In Marbella, you can enjoy the special microclimate between the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Blanca mountains. Even in the height of summer, the sea breeze ensures pleasant temperatures.
Start the day with a hike with sea views or take part in gentle exercise sessions in the Mediterranean garden.
New: Room of Silence in Marbella
For several years now, the Antares House of Inspiration has been a special place of peace and contemplation next to our clinic in Marbella. The oriental architecture, spacious garden and pond alone invite you to linger and meditate.
Now, together with Ester Rovira, an expert in silence projects, we have designed a room in which we aim to meet the ever-increasing need for peace and introspection. On 15 July, we will inaugurate the room and a light installation called ‘Helios’, which reflects the rays of the sun and moon, with light artist Antoni Arola.
In addition to daily meditation, yoga, qi gong and breathing exercises, we are delighted to welcome guests this summer who will celebrate special experiences with you in the room of silence:
- Integrative yoga sessions with Yin & Pranayama expert
- Writing workshop with a poet
- Tea ceremonies with Kukicha
- Singing bowl therapy and mantra singing

As we do every summer, we celebrate unforgettable evenings filled with music, rhythm, freshness and joy in Marbella – in the special atmosphere of our gardens and pool. Look forward to two special events:

The impressive voice of Celia Vergara, accompanied on the saxophone by Roberto Bazán, in a show full of emotion and energy.
These evenings invite you to dance under the starry sky, enjoy healthy and delicious juices – and experience true summer joy with a good atmosphere, fun and wellness.

Überlingen, Lake Constance
In Überlingen, Lake Constance ensures pleasantly mild summer days. The proximity to the water has a balancing effect and makes intense heat rare. Our guided hikes through the gentle landscape of the Lake Constance region invite you to experience the surroundings with all your senses. A special highlight are the boat tours on the lake, which open up a new perspective.
Dance into the sunset & nostalgic Sunday trip:
Our evening lake tours are now dance nights on the water! Atmospheric music, danceable beats and a unique atmosphere on the lake await our guests – perfect for an unforgettable summer evening. And twice a month on Sundays, it’s time to cast off with history! Afternoon trips aboard the lovingly restored historic ex-steamboat Gustav Prym – a nostalgic journey through time.
- The Summer Art Week from 19 to 26 July has the inspiring motto ‘Summer Lights’ and invites you to immerse yourself in a world full of colours, light and lively summer vibes. The workshop offers participants the opportunity to experiment with different media and realise their creative vision in the form of painting, drawing and collage. More on this
- Open-air concerts 3 and 31 August:
Two special open-air evenings with the guitar duo Deya & Albertus, who present a captivating musical journey with their programme. The two guitar nomads blend Cuban passion and Dutch precision with the soul of the Spanish guitar to create unique soundscapes.
