  • Working closely with colleagues from the technical, design, marketing and research de-partments, as well as experts from our clinics. Our interdisciplinary teams use agile methods.

  • The possibility of building up our digital unit from scratch and shaping the digital future of our company.
  • A young team with a shared vision of empowering people to live a healthier life.

  • A university or college degree in Interaction Design, New Media, HCI, or a similar field.
  • Prototyping: You follow an iterative approach and see learning from mistakes as a key success factor. You have practical experience in quickly creating prototypes.
  • User-centred: You are open-minded and outgoing and feel comfortable approaching others and immersing yourself in their worlds to get inspiration.
Communication: You have strong, positive and “inclusive” verbal and visual presentation skills. You are passionate about complex problems and can communicate them clearly.
  • You feel comfortable in a young, dynamic team and have strong communication skills. You are also happy to facilitate workshops or team sessions.
