Today we are sharing another quick, easy and healthy recipe of our Senior Expert Gastronomy Hubert Hohler, that tastes delicious and is perfect for any day of the week! The Buchinger Wilhelmi Falafel. So yummy!!

Recipe: Ingredients 2 servings

Chickpea burger:
100 g Boiled chickpeas (soak for at least 12 hours or use chickpeas out of jar or tin)
100 g Cooked Potatoes
1 Handful of sliced leek (or onion)
80 g Carrots
1 Glove of Garlic
Soy milk or cooking water from the chickpeas
Salt, pepper, spices like curry or cumin (or a spice blend)
Olive Oil

Pepper sauce:
100 g Red peppers
100 g Yellow peppers
½ Potato (app. 50 g)
1 small Onion
30 ml Water (just enough to cover the content in the saucepan)
Salt and pepper
Walnut oil
Vinegar
