750 g aubergine,
25 ml soya sauce,
pepper,
rosemary
For the coating:
2 eggs,
60 ml milk,
75 g wholegrain flour,
20 g chopped rocket,
50 g grated parmesan,
10 ml olive oil,
1 g salt, pepper, paprika powder
