Ingredients for 6 persons

1 carrot,
¼ celery root,
1 medium-sized onion,
2 tomatoes,
5 g cold-pressed olive oil,
1 tbsp tomato puree,
100 ml balsamico vinegar,
1 l vegetable broth,
2 tbsp rice flour,
1 twig of thyme,
1 twig of rosemary,
1 garlic clove,
10 juniper berries,
1 bayleaf,
Tamari / soy sauce,
Salt, pepper.
