Ingredients for 4 portions

For the choux pastry:
125 g water,
75 g wholemeal wheat flour,
2 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil,
1 egg.

Für the potato gnocchi:
300 g potatoes, boiled,
50 g parmesan, grated,
1 tbsp basil, finely chopped,
Salt, pepper.
