Dámaris Tenza is a leading sex addiction therapist and addiction recovery specialist, with over 15 years of experience working worldwide with international clients.
She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, and Bodywork to support individuals struggling with compulsive behaviors related to sex, love, and pornography addiction.
Her approach combines psychotherapy, somatic therapy, and trauma-informed techniques to help clients regain control, restore emotional balance, and build healthier relationships.
