Recipe: Ingredients for 4 portions:
kohlrabi/apple salad
1 kohlrabi,
1/2 apple,
3 tsp white balsamic vinegar,
3 tsp oil,
90 ml vegetable broth,
salt, pepper, ½ tsp mustard
For the green salad:
15 g ripe avocado,
1 tsp white balsamic vinegar,
2 tsp cold pressed oil (e.g. olive/sunflower/almond oil),
lettuce leaves,
some pine nuts, salt, pepper
