Fasting Experts on: The Future Of Fasting

Today we are launching our new series “Fasting Experts talk about…”. During the 17th fasting congress of the Medical Association of Fasting and Nutrition (ÄGHE), Dr. Francoise Wilhelmi de Toledo as well as Dr. Valter Longo and other worldwide fasting experts discuss important aspects of fasting. The topic of the first episode is the future of fasting and how fasting should be part of the toolkit of physicians and nutritionists around the world.
