Recipe: Ingredients for 4 portions
2 sweet potatoes (raw weight approx. 150 g each),
1 tsp cold-pressed olive oil.
For the mango and herb sauce:
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander,
1 tbsp finely chopped dill,
1 tbsp finely chopped chervil,
30 g pureed mango,
80 g low-fat quark,
For the trimmings:
400 g broccoli,
200 g young garlic,
1 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil,
some toasted sesame and pine nuts,
A hand full of rocket,
A pinch of fresh chervil.
