Take a taste of Scandivanian cuisine home with you. Our head chef Fernando Sánchez in our clinic in Marbella shows you how to make Scandinavian toast – a wonderfully light and tasty recipe that is ideal as a starter or light snack.

Recipe: Ingredients for 4 portions

For the quark and herb cream:
60 g low-fat quark,
1 tsp finely chopped dill,
1 tbsp lime juice,
1 tbsp horseradish cream,
Salt, pepper.

For the grilled vegetables:
1 medium-sized garlic bulb,
80 g spring onions.

Other ingredients:
4 slices of rye bread (total 120 g),
40 g diced avocado,
20 g diced apple,
20 g finely sliced radish,
20 g finely sliced gherkins,
15 g finely chopped red onion,
1 pinch salt,
1 pinch black cumin,
Cress to decorate.
