Recipe: Ingredients for 4 persons

For the ajo blanco:
80 g almonds,
200 ml almond milk,
100 ml water,
½ garlic clove, ½ tsp. cold-pressed olive oil,
1 pinch salt.

For the roasted vegetables:
200 g aubergines,
80 g young garlic,
80 g spring onions,
100 g yellow pepper (sweet),
½ tsp cold-pressed olive oil,
Salt, pepper.

Other ingredients:
20 g raisins,
20 g finely chopped silver onions,
1 pinch black cumin,
Tender shoots,
Beetroot powder.
